What's in the starting price?
The base model as designed, permits and construction. Site work, utility runs, city fees and upgrades vary by lot and are priced in writing before you sign.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We prepare and submit your permit package and keep you updated until it is approved.
How long does it take?
It depends on your city and lot. You get a project schedule with your written proposal.
Can I rent my casita?
Many owners do. Rental rules, especially short-term rentals, vary by city and HOA, so check yours. We can help you find the right rules.
Does my HOA matter?
Yes. Some HOAs limit detached structures. We check during your Lot Check.
Do I need financing?
Most clients use a HELOC, cash-out refinance or construction loan. See our Financing page.
Who builds it?
Alpha Builders, a licensed Arizona contractor. ROC license number: pending confirmation.
Can I change a model's layout?
Small changes, yes. Bigger changes move you to ALPHA CUSTOM.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty terms are spelled out in writing in your build contract.
How do payments work?
Payments follow construction milestones listed in your contract.
